Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between clinical teams.
• Manage appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and correspondence.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A good basic education, preferably with GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally in a general practice or primary care environment.
