TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager on a Contract basis for our external client based in Colinsburgh, Fife.

You will be responsible for managing a new build, residential construction site.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• SMSTS or SSSTS.

• First Aid.

• Scaffold experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project delivery in a timely manner.

• Manage staff, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and productivity.

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Carry out site inductions.
