Your Day-to-Day Duties

1Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications to fabricate kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery units from MDF, plywood, and solid timber.

2Operate workshop machinery (table saws, planers, edge banders, CNC routers) and hand tools safely and precisely to produce high-quality components.

3Assemble cabinetry, ensuring all joints are square, secure, and finished to a high standard, including fitting hinges, drawer runners, and handles.

4Travel to client sites across Birmingham B4 and surrounding areas to install finished products, ensuring perfect levelling, seamless integration, and client satisfaction.

5Conduct on-site modifications and adjustments as needed, problem-solving to achieve the perfect fit in sometimes challenging spaces.

6Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, both in the workshop and on-site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential Skills
- • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner, or Furniture Installer.
- • Comprehensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes.
- • Proficiency with power tools, workshop machinery, and hand tools.
- • Ability to read and work from technical drawings and cutting lists.
- • Full UK driving licence and own reliable transport (van preferred).
