Key Responsibilities

Setting Out & Dimensional Control: Accurately set out the works using total stations, GPS, and laser levels. Establish primary and secondary control networks for all construction phases, from foundations to finishes.

As-Built Surveys & Quality Checks: Conduct regular as-built surveys to verify construction accuracy against design drawings. Produce detailed reports highlighting any deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Volumetric & Earthworks Calculations: Perform cut and fill calculations, monitor stockpiles, and provide accurate volume data for progress reporting and commercial purposes.

Experience & Qualifications
