This role is defined by its urgency and versatility. You are deployed to fill sudden staffing gaps or respond to unforeseen operational needs. Your duties are incredibly varied and depend entirely on the client's emergency. One day you could be assisting with flood damage cleanup and securing a building, the next you might be supporting a construction team that's fallen behind schedule, helping with traffic management, or setting up AV equipment for a last-minute corporate event. The core requirement is to be adaptable, physically capable, and ready to tackle practical problems head-on to ensure business continuity for our clients.

While not always mandatory for every assignment, possessing a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card significantly increases the number of sites you can work on and your potential pay rate, especially for roles supporting Groundworkers or general construction. For technical roles like CV / Audio-Visual (AV) Technician support, relevant experience or certifications are required. If you don't have a CSCS card but are otherwise suitable, we can advise you on how to obtain one and may even have opportunities on non-CSCS sites. The most important qualifications are reliability, a strong work ethic, and a safety-conscious attitude.

Speed is our specialty. For candidates with all documentation in order (right-to-work, relevant tickets, etc.), it is possible to be placed on a shift within 24 to 48 hours of your initial application, and sometimes even the same day.
