Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts, coordinating inductions, and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and physical personnel files, ensuring all data related to starters, leavers, and changes is 100% accurate and compliant with GDPR.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal HR enquiries, providing professional and confidential support on policies, procedures, and basic employment law matters.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the employee lifecycle, including processing leavers, managing probationary reviews, and assisting with absence management reporting.
  • Support the HR team with project work, which may include assisting with recruitment campaigns, organising training sessions, and compiling reports on key HR metrics for management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR administration or similar office-based role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and a high regard for confidentiality.
