Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Expert Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to the highest standard and recipe specification.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service, handling transactions at the till, answering customer queries, and ensuring a memorable visit. Upsell bakery items and promotions effectively.
- Station & Hygiene Management: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, equipment, and customer seating areas. Follow all food safety (HACCP) and health & safety regulations diligently.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.), and informing managers of low stock levels to prevent run-outs during peak service.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues during rushes, communicating effectively about orders, and contributing to a positive, energetic work environment.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role (café, restaurant, fast-food).
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during morning rushes and weekend peaks.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Right to work in the UK and reliability for scheduled shifts.
